Welcome to Bridal Wear House. By accessing our website, placing an order, or renting an outfit from us, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure a transparent and seamless experience for all our customers.
1. General Terms
- Bridal Wear House operates globally with its headquarters in Lahore, Pakistan.
- Our collections include Bridal Wear, Formal Wear, and Pret Wear, available for purchase and rental.
- Bridal Wear House reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms without prior notice.
2. Rental Terms & Conditions
Renting from Bridal Wear House means you agree to the following rental policies:
2.1 Booking & Rental Duration
- Rental bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability.
- The standard rental period is 3 days, unless otherwise agreed upon and for further delays, the security will not be refunded.
- Late returns will be charged at 5000 PKR per extra day.
2.2 Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit (amount varies per outfit) is required at the time of booking.
- The deposit will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days after the outfit is returned in its original condition.
2.3 Outfit Condition & Care
- Outfits must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Any damage, stains, or alterations to the outfit will result in partial or full deduction of the security deposit.
- Minor wear is expected, but major damage may require additional repair fees.
3. One-Time Purchase Terms & Conditions
If you purchase an outfit from Bridal Wear House, the following conditions apply:
3.1 Order Processing & Delivery
- All purchases are processed within 3-7 working days after payment confirmation.
- We offer worldwide shipping, with delivery times varying based on location.
- Custom orders may take 4-8 weeks for completion, depending on the complexity of the design.
3.2 Payments & Pricing
- Prices for all outfits are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). International customers will be charged based on the current exchange rate.
- Payments must be made in full before the order is processed.
- We accept bank transfers, E-Wallets, and cash (for local orders).
3.3 Exchange & Returns
- Custom-made and bridal outfits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Ready-to-wear items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be initiated via customer support before sending the item back.
- No cash refunds—exchanges are processed as store credit.
4. Brand Policies
4.1 Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, logos, and content on our website and social media pages belong to Bridal Wear House.
4.2 Privacy & Data Protection
- Customer information is handled with strict confidentiality.
- We do not share, sell, or misuse your personal details.
- Payment information is processed securely, and Bridal Wear House does not store any credit/debit card details.
4.3 Limitation of Liability
- Bridal Wear House is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions.
- We are not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by fabrics or embellishments used in our outfits.
